Midway point

So far I am doing pretty good in the class. My essay writing looks like it improved a lot compared to Last years essays. The methods the tutors showed me how to do good essay writing really helps me out a lot. They even showed me ways on turning the words that i use from informal to formal. The only thing i need to change is doing my rules for writers work on time. I tend to forget to do them which harms me since there for a grade.

phone addiction

The reason I don't turn off my phone is because I normally use it for music. Music helps me do more than my best on any assignment since my thoughts come out easily with the rhythm. If my phones off I cant listen to the music on my phone which means I'll easily get distracted by the silence. Another reason I don't turn off my phone is because if I lose it or it disappears, it'll feel like i lost a part of me, because it has all my friends and family contacts and pictures of them which can't be replaced. It also has all the information i need in order to help me in my everyday life like due dates, work hours, class schedules, and a to do list. True phones can be a distraction but at the same time its a resource in helping us manage our daily tasks.

Being real

I've been realistic in doing my my schedule and now that i look at it, I see that everything is pretty much well planned. I wouldn't really change anything since i have time to do all my homework and study for tests and quizzes after, and even during work since my boss says its alright. I even have time to go to a tutor for help on my essays which helps me out a lot. I don't work for to many hours but on days when i stay late like tuesdays i just do my homework/studies while doing my job. Besides this class i have two other classes, spanish and math. There not hard at all for me so i can finish there work fast. In order to ensure success I can work my hardest on my essay skills in order to pass Eng 002 this time, since i don't want to repeat this course for a 3rd time.
